What is an INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We strongly believe that training and coaching should be individualised and specific and 'if you are not assessing then you're guessing!'. Initial assessments are approx. 60 minutes and cover your previous injury history, specific goal setting, a functional movement screen and feedback on individual strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. The information gathered from these sessions helps us deliver the best programming and exercise prescription for you as an individual.
